1. Products & Services

We offer seasoned firewood in a variety of sizes, along with optional services like delivery and stacking. All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice.

2. Order Fulfillment

We do our best to fulfill every order in a timely manner. Orders are filled based on availability, weather conditions, and delivery schedule. If there is a delay or issue, we’ll contact you as soon as possible.

3. Payment

All orders must be paid in full at or before the time of delivery, unless other arrangements are made in advance. Accepted payment methods include cash, card (if available), Venmo, or other options listed at checkout.

4. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled with no fee up to 24 hours before your scheduled delivery. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover prep and delivery time.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of firewood, all sales are final. If there’s an issue with your order (such as the wrong size, incorrect product, or wood quality concerns), please contact us within 3 days and we’ll work with you to resolve it.

6. Limitation of Liability

Andrew Mottern – Firewood is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the use, misuse, or storage of firewood or related products. Use all firewood responsibly and follow all local fire safety guidelines.

7. Privacy

Your information is safe with us. We only collect the personal info needed to process your order and communicate with you. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
