At Andrew Mottern – Firewood, we take pride in providing high-quality, seasoned firewood that’s ready to burn. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to make sure every order meets your expectations.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Because firewood is a natural product and difficult to resell once delivered, all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order — such as incorrect sizing, wood that does not match the description, or a delivery error — please reach out within 3 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right.

📸 Photo Evidence

To help us resolve any issues, we may request photos of the firewood delivered, including stacking (if applicable), and any concerns you may have.

❗Cancellations

Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours before your scheduled delivery for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
